What can I do for you?

For ongoing monthly bookkeeping,

If you:

• Have a generally smaller business

• Don’t have a lot of bank accounts

• Don’t have a ton of different types of transactions happening every month

Then it may only take me 2-3 hours/month to keep up with your books.

If you:

• Have a pretty large, busy business

• Lots of different bank accounts

• A lot of money constantly moving in and out of your business

Then we might be talking about 4-6+ hours/month.

After the 1st month, I will know how long each month will take, and then will apply a fixed monthly rate.

For prior month cleanups,

If you:

• Have just a few months that have been organized, but you just want cleaned up a little more

• Don’t have a ton of accounts or transactions

Then each prior month may only take me 2-3 hours to clean up.

If you:

• Have months or years of untouched transactions

• Books that you haven’t really tried to organize and are just plain messy

• Have lots of different bank accounts to keep track of

Then each prior month could take me 4-6+ hours to clean up.

After one month of cleanup, I will have an estimate of how many hours the cleanup project will take me.

I will give you a final quote using the total number of hours, requiring half of the amount up-front, and half upon completion.

The bottom line is:

I won’t know how much work your books will take until I actually get in there and take a good look! Final pricing will be entirely dependent on the initial state of your books.
